Like many of you, here at THE ODELLS we are all trying to move through this global experience with caution and grace. The well-being of our community, staff and loved ones is of utmost importance to us. To better protect everyone and reduce risk, we have decided to reduce the hours of operation at our Silverlake store. We value our employees and want to make sure everyone stays safe during this time. Our new hours are 11a-6p, daily.

HOLIDAY RETURN NOTICE:
To help make your holiday shopping a bit easier we are extending our return policy so you and your loved ones can ensure you get the item you love. All purchases made from November 22-December 24 can be returned by January 11th.
Merchandise purchased online is eligible for exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the transaction date. Please note sale merchandise is not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for a new size or returned for store credit.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sale merchandise is not eligible for returns. Only exchanges or store credit will be given.
SHOESAll goods must be returned in the original box including dust bag. While trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted area to protect the sole of the shoe.
BEAUTYSkin care + haircare products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Lipsticks and fragrances cannot be returned.
SWIMWEARAll swimwear must be returned unworn with hygienic strip in place.
LINGERIEUndergarments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
HOME GOODSAll goods must be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached. Any pipe paraphernalia is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
JEWELRYAll fine jewelry is considered FINAL SALE. All other jewelry may be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached and must be in perfect condition.
