HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
To help make your holiday shopping a bit easier we are extending our return policy so you and your loved ones can ensure you get the item you love. All purchases made from November 22-December 24 can be returned by January 11th.
Merchandise purchased online is eligible for exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the transaction date. Please note sale merchandise is not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for a new size or returned for store credit.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sale merchandise is not eligible for refunds; items can be exchanged for a new size or a store credit.
All goods must be returned in the original box including dust bag. While trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted area to protect the sole of the shoe.
Skin care + haircare products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Lipsticks and fragrances cannot be returned.
All swimwear must be returned unworn with hygienic strip in place.
Undergarments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All goods must be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached. Any pipe paraphernalia is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All fine jewelry is considered FINAL SALE. All other jewelry may be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached and must be in perfect condition.
