Return Policy

OUR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS:

Monday-Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 11am-6pm PST

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Merchandise purchased at our store location is eligible for exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the transaction date. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Sale merchandise is FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHOES
All goods must be returned in the original box including dust bag. While trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted area to protect the sole of the shoe.

BEAUTY
Skin care + haircare products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Lipsticks and fragrances cannot be returned.

SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be returned unworn with hygienic strip in place.

LINGERIE
Undergarments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

HOME GOODS
All goods must be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached. Any pipe paraphernalia is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

JEWELRY
All fine jewelry is considered FINAL SALE. All other jewelry may be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached and must be in perfect condition.
