RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*Regular price merchandise purchased online is eligible for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.  

*Discounted Sale merchandise is not eligible for refunds; items can be exchanged for a new size or a store credit.

*FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for return or refund.

Please note that there is a $5 restocking/processing fee for all online returns

SHOES
All goods must be returned in the original box including dust bag. While trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted area to protect the sole of the shoe.

BEAUTY
Skin care + haircare products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Lipsticks and fragrances cannot be returned.

SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be returned unworn with hygienic strip in place.

LINGERIE
Undergarments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

HOME GOODS
All goods must be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached. Any pipe paraphernalia is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

JEWELRY
All jewelry is considered FINAL SALE.
