Need a different size? We've got you covered! Now that you have seen the item in person and experienced the initial fit you are better able to select if you need to size up or down to the next size. Simply click on the link below to initiate your return and select "Exchange" so we can get you your perfect fit! 

What is the advantage of opting for a size swap over a return? By selecting "Exchange" all return fees are waived, and the cost of shipping for your returned item AND the replacement size will be waived as well!

Please note that there is a $5 restocking/processing fee for standard online returns, and refunds may take up to 14 business days to process upon receipt of your returned item(s).

*Regular price merchandise purchased online is eligible for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.  

*Discounted Sale merchandise is not eligible for refunds; items can be exchanged for a new size or a store credit.

*FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for return or refund.

 

SHOES
All goods must be returned in the original box including dust bag. While trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted area to protect the sole of the shoe.

BEAUTY
Skin care + haircare products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Lipsticks and fragrances cannot be returned.

SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be returned unworn with hygienic strip in place.

LINGERIE
Undergarments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

HOME GOODS
All goods must be returned in new unused condition with original tags attached. Any pipe paraphernalia is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

JEWELRY
All jewelry is considered FINAL SALE. 

REFUNDS: 

Your original method of payment will be credited unless you requested an Electronic Merchandise Credit (EMC) on your return form. The return must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label or the return will not be accepted. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
